Signature Rules - Please Read Before Posting

The reason we have signature rules in place is simple: to keep the forum looking neat & tidy and to try and reduce page loading times. Forums which you have to scroll & scroll down due to large signatures just to get to the next users post are distracting and detract from the point of a discussion forum. Whilst signatures are nice and a way to express your individuality, they can too easily become an obstacle while navigating topics and can lead to users on low bandwidth connections experiencing very slow loading times while browsing the forums.

Signature Rules:

Image Signatures
A maximum of one (1) image is allowed.
Images must not have a width greater than 500 Pixels
Images must not have a height greater than 100 Pixels

Text Signatures
Text Lines Must Be 5 Lines Or Under (if Small or Normal text size is used). Including blank spacer lines.
Text Lines Must Be 3 Lines Or Under (if Large text size is used). Including blank spacer lines.
A line of text is defined as having a maximum length of 500 pixels.
Text Lines cannot use Huge or Tiny text size (Small, Normal or Large only).

Image & Text Signatures
One (1) Image with the dimensions 500 X 100 pixels may be used with one (1) line of Small or Normal size text.
Text Lines cannot use Tiny, Large or Huge text size (Small or Normal only).
A line of text is defined as having a maximum length of 500 pixels.

Links In Signatures
You may display upto three (3) URL links in your signature. Please note: ONLY e-Lottery related links are permitted.

Violations
Signatures breaking these rules will receive a polite Private Message asking the user to amend their signature so that it adheres to these rules. The user will have 48 hours to amend their signature otherwise their signature will be replaced by the forum Administrator.

If a user breaks the rules for a second time during a three month period, they will receive a warning & be asked to amend their signatre within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the forum Administrator replacing their signature.

If two warnings need to be issued to a user for breaking signature rules within a 3 month period, their ability to have a signature will be removed for 3 months.
