New Commission Plan

Postby ajbirse » July 6th, 2010, 2:20 am

Is it right to call the new pay plan an improvement? It looks like there's a new requirement to qualify for commissions.

I haven't fully absorbed the plan yet.

will have to stare at it a few hours and let it sink in, lol.

Initial thoughts are that those who are inexperienced with affiliate marketing will struggle. we will see, no doubt there will be a lot of discussion on the subject.

Basic headline at the moment

you will now need to introduce 5 NEW players and over £100 volume EVERY CYCLE to qualify for ANY commission

As someone on another forum said thats 65 new players per year. I don't know many affiliates who can introduce 5 new players per month. I think this will be a struggle for a lot of people moving forwards, the upto 40% is nice if you can bring in £4,000 worth of new turnover in one period.

Personally for me at present it means bye bye to Global Revenue Share and Bye bye to Executive Co-ordinator status. Gutted as I have always been 100% loyal and faithful to elottery. Have sent in an email to the company awaiting a response, but I presume they will have lots of emails today.

Time to sit back a bit on this one guys and gals and chill.

The new plan is not implemented yet, and if we are lucky elottery may ammend somethings. I guess to be honest it is not likely but youy never know. A lot of emails seem to have been sent in about this, so watch this space I guess.

For me I will keep promoting elottery as I know I can get 5 a month (most months) but then it seems wrong that if in 1 month, I don't get 5, I don't get paid.

Let's hope they take some of the member feedback onboard and adjust the new plan to make things more realistic.

Great news guys,

The new silly payplan has been dropped it is now just £20 of NR (new revenue) needed and 1player. Much more achieveable than the 5 new players needed with £100 of NR.

For EC's and above the PGV has increased slightly too: EC £700, GD£800, SD £900, ED £1,000

PS News came from Gigi, but all the leaders worked very hard to get things changed. At the same time I know all the emails and phone calls to head office helped a lot. So it really is a big thanks to everyone for email or calling head office to let them know, just how bad they got the potential new pay plan.

At the same time it's also a very well done to head office for listening to all the points of view, and acting on them so quickly.

Now we can all focus on moving forward and building a business and an income. And I think we can take the change as a sign that elottery really does see the need of affiliates in ensuring the business continues longterm.

So everyone lets focus on getting at least one new member per month, and a spend of NEW REVENUE £20. Which will ensure we get paid, but the new members will also increase the income for both the affiliates and the company.

Very very positive outcome to this. Happy happy happy.

It's an improvment, but still not good. I don't see why they had to change it. I can see many affiliates giving up as soon as they stop being paid.

Email from elottery head office.

Last week we announced changes to the Affiliate Commission Plan.

Since that announcement we have been overwhelmed with your feedback. We were amazed to see such conviction, belief and faith that so many Affiliates have for e-lottery and their desire to be involved in the direction of the company.

After reviewing your feedback and consulting with the Network Leadership Group, we have decided to remove many of the elements of the new plan that were of most cause for concern.

The New Business volume requirement has been reduced from £100 and 5 new players, to just £20 and 1 new player per business cycle.

We have removed all the front line Band levels.

We have reduced the PGV requirements.

To see the revised Commission Plan which will come into effect on 2nd August 2010, click here.

On Monday 19th July 2010 at 7:30pm, Senior Members of the Affiliate Leaders Group will be holding a web conference to review the new plan and describe in detail how they view the plan changes and how the changes might affect you, and to discuss how Affiliates can get the most from the plan.

We would like to thank the Leadership Group and all those Affiliate Members who took the time to write to us with their suggestion and comments.

It is clear from everything we have seen that many of our Affiliates have a huge passion and commitment for e-lottery. We very much appreciate your ongoing support.

With the summer holidays upon us, another EuroMillions Massive rollover for Friday, and the start of the elGordo promotion just around the corner – there will be lots to talk about on Monday.

To get more information about attending the web conference and accessing the web conference room,

Can anyone please confirm when the new commission pay plan kicks in, is it as of 1st August eg, you have to get this £20 new volume from the 1st August.

Yup thats correct the new elottery syndicates affiliate pay plan starts at the start of this elottery business cycle. £20 of NR is needed to qualify you to earn commision, and the normal e-lottery syndicates active status rules apply too. Hope that helps, so that you can continue to earn from elottery.

thanks for letting me know Dave, i emailed elottery this morning they also confirmed that, shame really i still think it a bad move personaly  never mind, i have cancelled my games now, which is a shame as i have been playing elottery for over 7 years  I hope that i get new players on board so i recieve my commission, i should get new players as i did have 3 new players join in July :good: but i have had other months this year where no one joined, i cannot gamble £60 per month hoping a new £20 revenue comes in.

Glad i have my fingers in other pies :good:

I'm glad e-lottery have changed the structure, its a vast improvent. This plan is still enough of a nudge for those of us who need a kick up the backside if we seriously want to earn an extra income from this.

Good luck everyone
